Strategically located in the heart of Petitenget just a few minutes from the beach and some of Bali's best shopping, dining and entertainment options in Seminyak, The Dusun offers a collection of exquisite air-conditioned villas that are sure to make any visit to Bali enjoyable.
There are 14 villas (seven one bedroom and seven three bedroom villas) that feature the traditional Balinese alang-alang (thatched grass) roof that compliments the modern design to offer the charm of Bali with all the comforts, services and facilities of a star rated hotel. To ensure privacy and exclusivity, each villa is surrounded by a high wall and has its own separate entrance with private garden and swimming pool.

One Bedroom Villa
The 1 bedroom villas consist of a semi open living and dining area that is elegantly fitted with a custom made sofa, hard wood coffee table, VCD player and a dining table that can seat four people. The open air kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the necessary dishes and utensils.

The villa's beautiful garden and swimming pool is in direct view of the living, dining and kitchen area. A large door from the living area leads to the air-conditioned bedroom with its king-size bed draped with mosquito netting. The bedroom is well decorated and has a large walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and large private en-suite bathroom with custom made bathtub, shower and double wash basin.

Three Bedrooms Villa
The 3 bedroom villas feature a semi open spacious, well-decorated living and dining area overlooking the well trimmed tropical garden and swimming pool. A comfortable custom-made sofa and a large wooden coffee table are complimented by local artifacts. As well there is a VCD player. The dining area has a large dining table capable of seating up to six guests. An overhead ceiling fan provides cool air circulation for the entire area. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has a high counter top with three barstools, modern kitchen equipment and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils needed for entertaining friends and family.

All three air-conditioned bedrooms are identical size, well decorated and have a king-size bed draped with mosquito netting. As well each bedroom features walk-in wardrobe and cable TV. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have large private en-suite bathrooms fitted with custom made bathtub, shower and wash basin. The bathroom in the third bedroom is semi open with shower only and a double washbasin.

The Dusun's cooks prepare breakfast daily in each villa's kitchen. Cooks are also available upon request for preparation of lunch and / or dinner.
